The data controller
Personal data gathered through touchdowntactics.com is controlled by Caesars Entertainment, Inc., 3570 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas NV 89109. Send any privacy matter to privacy@touchdowntactics.com.
What reaches us
- The IP address of your connection, plus a rough guess at its region or city made from that address; never a precise position.
- The technical header your browser sends with each page, the user agent, along with language and screen size.
- Which chapters you open and which links you follow, but only once analytics has your approval.
- Form data from the contact page, which goes into a draft in your own mail program and reaches us only if you press send.
Purposes
- Running the servers and fending off misuse (legitimate interest).
- Counting, in aggregate, how each chapter performs (consent).
- Marketing and affiliate attribution, letting a partner credit a reservation (consent).
- Replying to your letters, because you asked us to.
Retention
Access logs are deleted within 90 days. Your cookie answer is held for a year and then the panel returns. Letters are kept until the matter they raise is closed, then erased, except where a legal duty says otherwise.
If you are in the EU or UK (GDPR)
Request a copy of the records about you, ask for corrections or erasure, for a pause on processing or for an export in machine-readable form; you may also oppose any processing we base on legitimate interest. Consent given for cookies can be taken back at any moment with the Manage cookies button. A supervisory authority in your country can hear complaints.
If you live in California (CCPA/CPRA)
A California resident can discover the categories of personal details we gather and the reasons, have them erased or corrected, refuse their sale or their use for ads tailored from activity on other sites (cross-context behavioural advertising), and narrow the use of sensitive details. Exercising any of these rights will not alter the service you get. Write to privacy@touchdowntactics.com; we check identity before acting.
Minors
Travel planning by adults is the whole purpose of these pages. No page is written for under-18s, and we would not knowingly hold their details. A parent who finds otherwise can write to us and the record will be erased.
Revisions
Meaningful changes to this notice are announced at the top of this page. Earlier wording can be sent to you on request.
